Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the Repairs of printers, computers, peripherals as well as associated operating systems and application software at the desktop level. Included is the troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software failures.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer service role on electronic equipment/POS equipment
  • College diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, computer systems or maintenance of office equipment or other equivalent discipline
  • A+ certification
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
  • Previous experience in the POS Field/Depot work considered an asset
  • Good communication skills; bilingual (French and English) spoken and written- asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows/ MS Office Applications
  • Good analytical skills
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Technical abilities
  • Capability of working under pressure
  • Team player; listens and supports others
  • Manufacturer certification/training an asset i.e. Cisco, HP, Lexmark, Ithaaca, Epson
