By order of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (“Court”) dated November 13, 2009 (“Receivership Order”), RSM Richter Inc. was appointed Receiver and Manager of Signature Capital Inc. (“SCI”) and the companies it managed (the “SCI Group”).

I know Its early in this receivership case but roughly are we looking at over a month to have some firm answers as to restructure certain projects and continue or liquidate

Timelines will be different for each project. Decisions will be based upon a review of each project. At this point in time we are unable to provide definitive timelines.
